CHEBA HUT ‘MAKE LOVE TO YOUR SUB’ SOCIAL MEDIA CONTEST
OFFICIAL RULES AND CONSUMER DISCLOSURE 2026
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.
1. PROMOTION PERIOD AND ELIGIBILITY:
The Cheba Hut ‘Make Love To Your Sub’ social media contest (“PROMOTION”) is open only to U.S. residents who are at least 18 years old. Void where prohibited by law. The Promotion begins on February 1, 2026, and ends on February 14, 2026 (the “Promotion Period”). All entries must be appropriate for a general audience. Any entry that contains nudity, extreme sexual content, overly obscene or offensive language, violence, or defamatory material will be disqualified immediately at Cheba Hut Franchising’s sole discretion.
2. TO ENTER PROMOTION:
GRAND PRIZES (1st – 3rd Place) VIDEO SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS: (1) Follow @ChebaHut on Instagram or Tik Tok, (2) Post a video to Instagram or Tik Tok making love to your favorite Cheba hut sub and tagging @ChebaHut, and (3) Register as Munchie Mob member (no payment information is necessary to register).
FREE PINNER POST COMMENT GIVEAWAY ENTRY REQUIREMENTS: (1) Follow @ChebaHut on Instagram or Tik Tok, (2) Comment with the name of your favorite Cheba Hut “Toasted” Sub on our official Instagram or Tik Tok contest announcement post, and (3) Register as Munchie Mob member (no payment information is necessary to register).
3. PRIZES:
GRAND PRIZES (1st – 3rd Place) VIDEO SUBMISSION CONTEST: The winners of the 1st – 3rd place prizes below will be determined at the sole discretion of Cheba Hut Franchising.
1st Prize – $1,000 + Free Cheba Hut for 1 Year*
2nd Prize – 10 free Pinners
3rd Prize – 5 free Pinners
FREE PINNER POST COMMENT GIVEAWAY: Additionally 15 single free Pinners will be awarded at random for commenting on the official contest announcement post with the name of your favorite Cheba Hut sub.
*All food prizes will be fulfilled through the winner’s Munchie Mob account. Free Cheba Hut for 1 year is defined as one (1) free Pinner each month for 12 months.
4. PRIZE AWARD:
The giveaway closes on 2/14/25. Winners will be contacted via Instagram or Tik Tok direct message by 2/18/25 and must respond within 48 hours to claim their prize or it will be forfeited. Prize Winner may be required to show valid identification showing they are at least 18 years of age to receive the prize. Taxes resulting from the acceptance of the prize are the sole responsibility of the Prize Winner. Prize cannot be transferred or substituted except at
Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a Prize, or portions thereof, with a prize of equal or greater value. Prizes are not redeemable for cash and no change will be given. Prize cannot be combined with any other offers. Promotion entries are subject to verification. A potential Prize Winner also may be required to execute a Declaration of Eligibility/Liability Release, including (where imposing such condition is legal) a Publicity Release (collectively, “Prize Winner’s Declaration”). If a potential Prize Winner fails or refuses to sign and return the Prize Winner’s Declaration within ten (10) days of receipt (or such shorter time if exigencies so require), such winner may be disqualified. If a potential Prize Winner’s completion of the Prize Winner’s Declaration establishes that the potential Prize Winner is not eligible to participate in the Promotion, the Prize Winner will be disqualified.
If a potential Prize Winner fails to respond in any of the time periods specified above, if any notification or notification attempt is returned as undeliverable or as an error, or a potential Prize Winner declines their prize, then the prize may be forfeited, at the Sponsor’s sole discretion. By entering the Promotion or being selected as a potential Prize Winner, all participants and potential/confirmed winners hereby consent to the use by the Released Parties of a Prize Winner’s
entry and all information contained therein including but not limited to, name, likeness, opinions, images, statements and/or other indicia of persona, and personally identifiable information (collectively “Likeness”), for any and all uses and purposes (including, without limitation, for purposes of advertising and trade) in any media now known or hereinafter developed in any manner throughout the world (including, without limitation, the World Wide Web and on-air) in perpetuity without additional consideration (where legal), consent or prior review, and upon request will provide written consent to such use. All decisions of Sponsor relating to the Promotion are final.
5. GENERAL CONDITIONS:
By entering the Promotion, entrant agrees to these Official Rules. All Promotion materials (including prize claims) submitted become the sole property of Cheba Hut and can be used in future marketing campaigns online or otherwise. Promotion is subject to applicable federal and state laws. By entering, entrant also agrees to release and hold Cheba Hut, its franchisees, affiliates, directors, officers, employees and agents harmless against any and all claims and liabilities related to the acceptance of a prize or participation in Promotion. Acceptance of prize constitutes permission to use winner’s names, email address, physical address, phone number, likenesses and/or biographical information for marketing purposes without further compensation or right of approval, unless prohibited or as restricted by law. Promotion entries are void if not obtained through authorized channels or if Promotion entry is misdirected or otherwise not received. Cheba Hut is not responsible for lost or incomplete entry forms, or by any human error which may occur in the processing of the entries. This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by Instagram or Tik Tok.
