There are really 3 ways to earn points:
- By checking in during the interaction with our crew member at the register. You do this by scanning in the QR code from your app, or simply by asking a crew member to pull up your account!
- By scanning the receipt barcode, or entering in the barcode number, into your app after the transaction (great for when you forget while ordering).
- By placing an order through the app, either for pickup or delivery.
The easiest way is to pull up the Burn section in your app and enter in the amount you want to use. This will generate a QR code that can be scanned at the shop. You can also ask the crew member ringing you up to pull up your account and apply those rewards to the transaction!
No worries! Just open up the app and scan the barcode at the bottom of the receipt.
