Cheba Hut Widow Fam Challenge

Terms & Conditions (the “Promotion”)

1. To be eligible to receive the offer under this Promotion, you must: a)  be 16 years old or over; and b)  have downloaded, registered and signed-in via the Cheba Hut app (only for offer in Section 2(b), below).
2. Offer comprises of: (a) from May 1, 2023 through July 31, 2023 (the “Promotion Term”), each customer that purchases a White Widow sandwich will receive a unique Cheba Hut sticker (via in-restaurant, delivery, or pickup, subject to participating Cheba Hut restaurant’s operating hours) as supplies last. There will be a unique Cheba Hut sticker for each month of the Promotion (May, June, and July, respectively); (b) during the Promotion Term, each customer that purchases eight (8) White Widow menu items (8” sandwich, 12” sandwich, or salad) through the Cheba Hut app will receive a Cheba Hut poster and be entered into the “Widow Fam” on the Cheba Hut app and the first four hundred and twenty (420) customers will receive a merchandise item of Cheba hut’s choosing in addition to the poster.
3. For those customers who participate in the offer detailed in Section 2(b) above, Cheba Hut will email the email address associated with that customer’s Cheba Hut app by August 15, 2023 to obtain a shipping address for the merchandise. If the customer does not respond to this email by August 31, 2023, then the customer waives its right to this offer under this Promotion. Standard shipping and handling fees will apply.
4. The offer is for one-time use per person only and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion.

7. Cheba Hut will reasonably decide whether a customer has already redeemed the offer under Section 2(b) of this Promotion and Cheba Hut’s decision is final.
