REAL ESTATE PROCESS
Once you are approved for your franchise, the next step is to find the best possible location for your new Cheba Hut restaurant. The ideal location for a Cheba Hut is near a major university or a large community college, near the beach or in any liberal, well populated city.
Your first step will be to determine the general geographic area for your restaurant. Then we will contact local real estate brokers to get a pulse on lease rates and availability in your area.
When we have identified several locations that fit the Cheba Hut site criteria, a member of the Cheba Hut team will fly out to visit with you and the local brokers to tour the sites. At the end of the visit, we should have your selections narrowed down to the best possible locations for a Cheba Hut restaurant.
At this point, you will need to complete site approval forms and submit them to Cheba Hut Headquarters for review. If we approve your proposed site, we will work with you and your broker to get the best leasing terms available and get your store opened in the shortest time frame possible.
