How much does it cost to open a Cheba Hut?
The average cost of opening a Cheba Hut restaurant varies greatly and is determined by location, region and several other factors. We estimate the initial investment to be between $157,600 and $328,500
How much is the initial franchise fee?
The initial franchise fee is $24,500 for your first store and $20,000 for each additional store you develop.
How much are the royalty fees?
Royalties are 4% of gross sales and are paid weekly. 33% lower than most franchise concepts!
How much are the advertising fees?
Advertising fees are 2% of gross sales paid weekly.
How long will it take to get my store open?
The process typically takes 6-9 months from the time you sign your franchise agreement.
Can I open multiple stores?
Yes. We have Area Development opportunities in several markets. Due to the limited number of planned Cheba Hut locations, we encourage capable, well capitalized franchisees to own multiple stores in the same geographic area.
How much training and support will I receive?
Your support begins even before you sign your franchise agreement and continues every day for the length of the agreement. In the Cheba Hut Franchise system you’re in business for yourself but not by yourself! About 6 to 8 weeks before your store is scheduled to open, you will go through 10 days of operations training at our Headquarters in Ft. Collins, CO. There you will receive thorough training in all aspects of store operations, ultimate customer service, local store marketing, food cost management, hiring employees, labor scheduling and profitability. After your store is open, you will continually receive updates and ongoing training to help you maximize the potential of your restaurant.
Do you offer financing?
Cheba Hut Franchising does not offer direct financing but we do have 3rd party financing recommendations for you.
How will I find my location?
Nobody knows your market better than you do! We will work directly with you and local real estate brokers every step of the way to ensure that you have a great location for your new Cheba Hut franchise.
Do I have to personally manage my Cheba Hut restaurant?
Your level of success will greatly depend on your level of involvement. We are building a community of active owner operators and multi unit owners with seasoned, passionate operations teams behind them. Absentee owners and passive investors are not what we are looking for!
